Hi, I've only got 7-8 months left till my GCSE and I don't understand most of biology especially about the plants, anyone have any tips?

I think it would be useful for you go back to the basics on each topic. Find the starting page for each topic in your exercise book/text book/revision guide and go through it really slowly, work on understanding the main premise first. Don't worry about memorising, concentrate on going over the simple stuff first. Always ask your teacher for help in understanding if you need to. Do the detailed parts after you've got the main premise of the topic grounded.
I think the main thing is not to overcomplicate it - don't jump straight into trying to memorize terms and nitty gritty elements, take some good time to look over the defining nature of each topic, what it's trying to explain etc.
You've got plenty of time. Take one day at a time. You'll be alright
