Hello, I have just undergone treatment for a small umbilical hernia. I am now fully recovered for the last 6/7 weeks and am 6 weeks into my fitness diary from the occupational department of health.

Is there a chance that my case can be reviewed before 12 weeks of doing the fitness diary? As I am doing the same, if not more exercise than before i had my treatment and feel fine. or is it protocol that the 12 week diary must be fully completed?

Thanks,

R

If they want to do a review at 12 weeks, it's 12 weeks.

Medical protocol for the military is based on the knowledge of the impact of training and work, and understanding of how the body reacts to and recovers from illness and injury. They choose timescales accordingly.
