Math question

Ik I might sound extremely stupid, but I got this math question and can't really figure out how to work it out 💀

The question:

-There are men and women at a meeting.

There are 28 women.
30% of the people at the meeting are men.

Work out the total number of people at the meeting.-

Do I have to find out the 30% of men by dividing the number of women and multiplicating it by the percentage???Could someone just tell me how I'm supposed to work it out?
If there are only men and women in the meeting. Hence the percentage of women is 70%, I think from here it is clear on what to do.

Well we can work out that 70% of the people are women.
So 28 = 70%
I think. I’m ns though. I’ll try and work it out
