forgot GCSE on ucas application

I sent my application in two weeks ago and have already got an offer from one university, but I have just realised I forgot to submit my math GCSE grade! what do I do?

Firstly I would contact your school/college and ask if there's anything they can do for you; if not or if they are too slow then call UCAS directly and just tell them there is an error on your application and it needs to be amended. I'm not sure what they can actually do for you but it's worth a try!
