This is about how attitudes influence behaviour. The quote was taken from the book: Psychology, Martin. G. Neil, 2013

‘Attitudes are cognitively represented in memory’
therefore attitudes are likely to have more influence on our behavior if they are easier to access via recollection in our memory (paraphrased from the book).
what does it mean by 'cognitively represented'?
