Computer Science A Level

Hi. Got a test next week. It's on Concurrent Processing and Parallel Processing. Kinda confuse about those 2. Just want one of ur confirmations on it whether I got it correct.
Parallel Processing - In a processor, several instructions are taking place at the same time.
Concurrent Processing - In a processor, only 1 instruction is taking place. Once finished it moves on to the next.
From Google:

Parallel Processing - Parallel processing is a method in computing in which separate parts of an overall complex task are broken up and run simultaneously on multiple CPUs, thereby reducing the amount of time for processing.

Concurrent Processing - Concurrent processing is a computing model in which multiple processors execute instructions simultaneously for better performance.
