Replacement Tenant - Pack Horse Bolton
Looking for someone to replace me as a replacement tenant: I've got a studio, £90 per week, at the city center of Bolton BL1 1AQ.
It's a great price and it's got tons of restaurans, cafe's, with Morrison's Lidl Sainsbury's Poundland, HSBC, Barclays, McD, Burger King, etc within 5 mins walking distance. Its got two shopping malls within 5-7 mins distance. 5 mins by walk to the train station and bus station, with a 15 min commute by train to Manchester.
