I’m not sure if I took 500mg 1 paracetamol or 3 paracetamol 1500mg. Should I go and a e. I’m 16

111 immediately. You won't be wasting time. Most likely they will say A&E

it can be dangerous so call 111 and see what they say before going to A&E. although in my experience they dont usually pick up so if thats the case then just to be on the safe side u should go to A&E

Well no it’s not a waste of time. Untreated paracetamol overdose can cause liver failure, liver failure will almost always lead to death.
Protect your health by ringing 111.

No one here can accurately predict whether the amount of paracetamol you have taken poses a risk to your health- some people are fine after taking that amount, some people aren’t.

Yes - via 111. You do not need to go to A&E unless they tell you to.
