I just know about the Boro players, sorry. Danny Graham had quite a good game and played the whole 90 minutes. In the second half he had a one-on-one with the Russian goalkeeper and, instead of firing at the 'keeper like he did on Saturday, this time he pushed it wide of the far post. Ross Turnbull was a huge improvement on the 'keeper in the first half and what a big bloke he is. Made two good saves but was otherwise untroubled.
Its ok. Just wondered how Francis did because he plays for Sheffield United.

Dropping Chris Jones out of the 22 man squad against France is crazy!

He was possibly England’s best player against Wales! Okay Moody and Corry are back but why drop him all together!

I also think he chops and changes a team that needs the use this 6 nations to form a solid base for the next RWC. Telling Tait that he is dropped is not going to help if he needs to learn.

Fair enough he needs the strength in the centres to deal with Traille and Marlu. Henry Paul!! Pah! What is the point!!? Nice to see Oli Barkley is rewarded, maybe he should have just dropped Hodgson. Worsley needs to be dropped he was useless last week!

My team would look like:

FR: Vickery - Thompson - Rowntree (only because White is injured)

2nd: Kay - Grewcock

BR: Moody - Corry - Jones

SH: Ellis

FH: Barkley

IC: Smith

OC: Tait

LW: Lewsey

RW: Cueto

FB: Robinson

Smith is the gamble - but we need someone so run the channel. Hodgson's running game was awful and so was his kicking game! Doesn't deserve to be in the squad!

Look how young the squad is!

Argue with me why my squad is wrong!

After the shocker that was the Spain friendly not too long ago, do you think England have learnt from their mistakes?

Since this is a much debated issue alone, who do you think from the poll would be the best option for England in general?

I voted who cares not because I don't care (not that that makes sense either) but because the result is immaterial as long as we get a good chance to see players like Wright-Phillips, Johnson and Downing getting a go and seeing once and for all what they're truly made of. And as it's a friendly and as I'm boro, I would have to say if Downing has a good game I couldn't give a monkeys if we end up getting stuffed.

I hear that enough from my girlfriend thank you very much.

And I would say that Woodgate at full fitness is better than Campbell, and he should be 'first replacement'.

I won't ask. It looked like you foresaw the thread coming as I previewed it and then you posted as soon as I created it.

I made the votes public because I have a feeling club biases will play a part.

on ce moment, Rio and Terry. But i reckon Terry and Woodgate (if he can find the time to be fit for a game) would be better.
