Help with eating disorder

Hi
I'm 31
I've basically struggled with a mild eating disorder since i've been about 15.
I'm only 5ft and I've always been a bit chubby.
As a teen I wanted to be slim and I used to struggle with my weight. At sixthform I was always skipping meals and trying to diet to keep my weight down. I used to see my friends eat three meals a day and they had healthy bodies. But I was always super prone to putting weight on and maintained a size 10-12 by skipping meals and going through periods of not eating.
At uni, i relaxed a bit in first year and I gained about a stone and a half and went to a size 12.
Then in second year I only ate very little for about 3 weeks and shed a stone but then it came back again. For ages I was always gaining weight and losing weight and bingeing.
When I was 21 I found out I had PCOS - a hormone problem which causes weight gain and was so relieved to finally find out something was wrong.

I kinda still have a bit of an eating disorder though. I worry about my weight a lot and skip meals. I don't know what to do. If I eat 3 meals a day like everyone else I'll be fat. Cos I'm short I don't carry extra weight well. Only just a few pounds make a difference.
I went to a few eating disorder groups but everyone else had emotional circumstances which had caused them to react with poor eating habits.
But mine is more due to me being naturally fat/prone to putting weight on.
It sounds dramatic in some ways I feel like PCOS has ruined my life I feel like I'll have a mild eating disorder forever
please help
Go and see your GP. It's always best to get professional medical help than advice from strangers on the internet, particularly .as you have a medical condition.

However (because I know people will probably mention this) you can use an online TDEE calculator to work out how many calories to be eating to gain, maintain or lose weight. Make sure that you also eat balanced meals with the right range of foods to get the required nutrition like protein, carbs, minerals and vitamins etc. Skipping meals won't help and will give you other health issues!
therapy can help you deal with body image issues (like needing to look a certain way/weight)
if that's not an option right now, there are online resources with similar ideas, and talking through this stuff with a friend who is okay with it can help
