Hi everyone please give me some advice I used to be very high energy but now I’m trying NOT to fall asleep at eight in the evening.

I haven’t had any lifestyle changes really.

Please help out

I relate to you because I have this problem as well. The best way is to rule out the common possibilities. Get a blood test, you might be deficient in something. Also you may not have lifestyle changes... but there are small things that can contribute to your tiredness e.g. sleeping patterns. But to be honest, if i were you i'd get a blood test considering that you are normally energetic and you haven't had big changes. I hope you feel better soon!
