basically I have a surgical feeding tube which had 3 stitches sewn to my abdomen.

2 came out quite painfully so there is 1 left. I used to be an athlete and really want to get back to doing some form of sport. I don't like being a skinny blob and want to gain some muscle mass.

Can I still exercise / what exercise would you recommend?
I tape down the plate that the tube is attached to. This stops it moving around slightly but isn't fool proof.

What I'm asking for isn't really medical advice and anything goes. My doctors have no opinion on the matter because with the tube I should be able to function like a normal human.

any ideas? all ideas welcome
