Do u need to pay a congestion charge for Wembley?
We are planning to go tomorrow but don't know whether we need to pay or not

Check on the TFL website. You can input the address and it will let you know whether the route is within the congestion charge zone.

All depends on whether they are coordinated.
Joking aside, Wembley unless things have changed, doesn't have the congestion charge

No, Wembley stadium is not in the congestion zone. However, if you drive in or through central London to get to Wembley stadium, you may pass through the congestion zone so make sure you check your route before travelling. How long does it take to get to Wembley stadium? That all depends on where you are travelling from.

I suspect you would use M25 or North circular which I suspect outside of the congestion charge
