Yup! That is correct.

Also, you can check definite integrals if you're using the Casio fx-570EX calculator for your school work/exams. I used this for checking my answers which helped a lot.

The question seems to want you to work out the rms value, hence the hint about the trig substitution at the bottom. I think you've just worked out the direct integral, but its hard to say without seeing the working.

You should have covered rms in your notes, have a look at that section/examples.
