if you've got work, do it cos if u dont, your grades suffer
if you've got an exam, revise for it, cos if u dont, you won't do very well
....
its a simple world - commit to your responsibillities or face the consquences

Think about your goals and what you want to achieve.

Don't burn yourself out, space out the work. Allow yourself breaks and rewards (otherwise you'll just not want to do the work at all and will procrastinate more!).

Good luck!!

breakdown whatever you have to do into small steps & just make start - set a timer for 5 mins and make a start on step 1...your brain will then engage & keep you going

reward yourself as if you are not yourself, talk to yourself as if your your best friend telling you to do the things u have to do in order to get a better reward. but also don’t be too harsh in yourself ; your best friend wouldn’t be too harsh on you so don’t be too harsh on yourself and take some breaks.
don’t make the breaks too long else you might end up not going back to work/studying.
keep a list of the things u wish to achieve during that day/week so you know how far your going.

I've been trying my whole life. But the reason why people still procrastinate is because things still work out for them. I guess you're going to struggle until you get a solid reason to stop procrastinating- where you fail an exam or something.

do you wnat to be self sufficient in life, not having to rely on others. youve only got one chance at life. make the most of it. why wait now to make a business or do something when you're older. work hard now and follow your dreams and then, when you are older, retired at the age of 25, you can look back and say you have no regets, and look forward for the fun you can have. "work hard now and be a champion tommorrow"-muhammid ali. but you have to put in the work.
