Can doctor's notes be used in lieu of letter for CPR application?

Hi there,

As I no longer attend the GP surgery from when the relevant health issues occurred - woud it suffice to use my doctor's notes from GP system as evidence of compelling personal reasons, or would it normally need to be a full letter from the GP?

I have a letter from my then GP sent to my university at the time to outline how my health issues were affecting my studies. Would that help also?

Thanks,
Laura

Good Morning Laura,

You can send all of that evidence that you have and it will be reviewed by our assessors. You can also attach a cover letter explaining anything else you feel isn't covered or further information you want to provide.

Warm Regards,

Shaun.
