Being at University, I feel like there are suddenly so many things you have to think about, not just in terms of studying but also all of the other responsibilities. I tend to feel like a lot of people tell me to do things that might help with my career etc however this stresses me out because I have studying that I am putting off so that I can try and do these extra things. I think one way in which my mental health can be improved is by trying to forget and ignore some of these things until I feel that I have got my workload under control and I no longer feel stressed. By realising what is really important to you personally is key!
