replacement tenant needed Wellington St Plaza Newcastle
I've left uni early but I'm still bound to the tenancy for the rest of the year so I need to find someone to take over my room (must be a Newcastle University student)- you could move in whenever suits as I've already left.
The room is a standard en-suite with a small double bed in Wellington St Plaza which is with Unite Students. It has plenty of storage, a long desk and loads of space at the side of the bed. It's in a flat with 5 other flatmates who are all lovely and great to share with. The shared kitchen and lounge are really nice and everything's modern and big enough. Price is £139 per week inc. bills etc. Reply or message if interested
