I got my welcome email from UCAS on Monday and it says I have 14 days if I want to make any substitutions. I do want to substitute one, but I have just received offers today from the others (in 2 days!!). Does that mean I can no longer make my substitution?

Do you want to substitute the ones you have received offers from? If so then you can't do that, but if it's one where you haven't received an offer yet you can substitute it

Phon UCAS.
I think that within the 14 days you can still substitute even if you do have an offer.
