Never online at night?

His last seen on whatsapp is always around 10 or 11 pm. Sometimes even at 7pm. And then he is not online.
He also doesn't come online until 11 am or sometimes even 1 pm in the afternoon.

Does this mean he has a girlfriend or he is sleeping around with other girls?
...or it might just mean they set boundaries for digital stuff.

Maybe. But he does leave people on unread or reads but doesn't reply

Be cautious when making assumptions. Perhaps none of those apply to him; he may just sleep early.
He could be working the night shift.
Or in the habit of restricting his social media activity/all online activity to specific hours to ensure that he only spends a small proportion of his spare time online.
Are all these bizarre threads about blokes written by the same person? If so you should probably get counselling.

Or he has other/better things to do than be online late at night? Could you take a leaf out of his book?

Anyway, who is this 'he' and why are you stalking his social? He's not your boyfriend.
