Hi guys, thanks in advance for your support. I'd wish to address these questions specifically to those in the forum involved in the SFE. I'm european with pre settle status and i'm interested in applying for some funding as i will start a course in 2022 which could allow me to ask for grants.
In according to some information which i got from the forum, could somebody help me to confirm if it's correct or not?

1}Given that i've got pre settle status i would be eligible only for Tuition Fees Loan {unless i apply as migrant worker and try to get the Maintenance Loan}. Is this correct?

I've read that if a student get the Tuition Fees Loan, he can work full time or part time during the term and the loan wouldn't be affected because is calculated on unearned income.
Is this rule the same even in my case? { european with pre settle status, so basically no restrictions on how much i can work}

Thank you
Dom

Yes, that would be correct if just applying for the fees.
