Can anyone that does social work at Uni give their best advice on writing a personal statement for social work, what are the best things to include/what makes it stand out for admission officers to offer you a place. Any good wider reading for around social work would be helpful too, thank you I'm nervous because though my predicted grades are AAB and I need ABB, I've seen a lot of people from previous years getting rejected.

Read the 'skills needed' and the description of the job here, you need to provide eveidence for all of this - and starting with 'I realised I wanted to be a Social Worker when......" is a good way to start your statement : https://www.prospects.ac.uk/job-profiles/social-worker
