If its gone in hot water then it would have distorted in shape slightly
Unfortunately, the best thing to do will be to tell your mum as i believe theres nothing you yourself can do to make it back into its right shape
Ask your mum to book you in an appointment at the orthodontist asap to get it sorted out so your teeth dont move too much

Depends how hot the water is, seems like it was a tad too hot so it changed a bit of shape
Sucks but you might need to get it checked out. Rather that than get bent teeth wearing that

Also if you got it a few days ago it WILL hurt, bcs you're not used to it. It was like that for mine too.

I fixed it and now it fits my teeth perfectly.
And it is not causing my teeth any harm
