I feel like **** - mentally. I have a coursework due in two days, I've finished it but still need to submit it. I don't wanna go to uni and hear everyone discuss it and make me doubt myself. Especially now with low mood, my anxiety is only going to get worse. I work really well when I'm at home. So it's either i go to lectures and dose off, or stay at home and actually focus. Also, the lectures they are giving now are not even going to be assessed until semester 2 and I have an exam in 6 weeks for other content.
I'll be missing 10 lectures - I can access the powerpoint and videos online. Will my attendance go down? Yes, but I've been attending all lectures to far - I think I'll be fine. And I'm not missing labs or tutorials.

You sound like you're convincing yourself here.

If your MH is suffering, then you need to engage with wellbeing services and your academic department. Skipping a couple of weeks lessons won't resolve the issue.
