Started a new job in the nhs 3 weeks ago and I just haven’t slept tonight. I’m up in 2 hours
I can tell I’m just not going to sleep. I work on wards so need to be alert. However I can’t call in sick as it’s only my 3rd week and it’l count as 1 day will count as one period of sickness
What the hell what do I do..

Have a coffee and go to work. Or if you really think you are unsafe to be there, call in sick. There are no other ways around it unfortunately.
