How much independent work and reading there would be! I guess it depends on the course but I'm doing psychology first year and it feels like we were thrown into the deep end in terms of having to read lots of academic papers that I am still struggling to understand 😂 and the assignments again, you're told what to do e.g write an essay but aren't told how or given a structure. It's very different to college because you need to be a lot more independent
