Hi, I am applying for my driving licence and I really don't want to use my passport photo as it is a really bad photo from when I was about 13.I can drive in 3 months, so I really don't want to wait more than 3 months for my drivers licence (I know that it's taking a while becuase of covid) and I'm worried that if I use a photo that isn't on my passport the process will taker longer becuase they will have to verify my identity?To summarise my question: will my licence come quicker if I use my passport photo for my drivers licence than taking a new photo, and if so, how much quicker?

If you use your passport photo then it will be approx 2 weeks. If you use your own photo it will take about a week to get the form, then you send it back and it could take 12 weeks depending on the back log. Hope that helps.
