can anyone who has ADHD give me ideas for a product that will help them concentrate and learn better. thank you
I would suggest Nee Doh. This is a product you can buy from entertainer. It is really good toy for concentration. It is like a squishy ball you can squeeze when you feel stressed etc.
I would also suggest pop its. They are really good.

I like this shop for fidget toys I think maybe fidget spinners are a great distraction or a bendy pencil, stress balls are also good
