Teachers aren't allowed to give any help or guidance once the Part A pre release has been issued. You should have worked through all of the theory by now so look through your notes and also look at the unit content on the spec on the Pearson website. Look through the case study and try and see which parts of the specification could be covered. Eg, management styles, motivation, etc. On the day of the exam ensure you spend equal time on both tasks.

I've made a document on the exam structure for the Principles of Management exam as well as notes that cover the contents of the entire unit.

In the report the challenges, proposals and recommendations are supposed to be defined and analysed in lots of detail whereas in the presentation its more of a recap and is as if you were presenting it to a manager of the Fachetti business
And when you sit the exam make sure to check the Part B case study as it will tell you what the main focus for the report and presentation is

hey, thanks so much. i was wondering, when doing the ppt and report these a difference between writing the solution to the issues and the recommendations. what is the diff
the solutions to the issues is basically what the business can use to resolve their problems, whereas the recommendations is where you explain what else is needed to resolve the problem and who is responsible for it.
Example:
issue - staff lack the skills to do their job properly
solution - upskilling (training) as it develops and enhances skills
recommendation - the business will need to know what skills staff lack in order for them to be able to train them and solve the problem, therefore something like Training Needs Analysis or consulting should be used to find what skills these employees are lacking. Human Resources or a specific manager would be responsible for this
