Problem with sixth form application- email isn’t clear

I wrote it in capital letters and the zeros looked like o’s? What do I do if they misunderstood it and sent a response to another email. I got a response from my two other applications already

Sometimes schools and colleges just take a while to respond but if its been a few weeks since you applied you could phone them for an update. Or send another email making it clearer.
