What are they? Please don't tell me to google.
Practically everyone I've ever seen naked has them, they are ridiculously common and not something I even take in anymore.

there is some kind of cream you can get for them, but you have to apply it every day and I think it mostly just stops them from getting worse. either that or laser treatment is the only way.

I think something like 90% of men have them. It is completely, utterly normal - before I knew what they were, I just thought everyone's skin was like that, it was just ... you know, what the skin there looked like. I have them around that area, not too noticeable but they're there.
Tretinoin gel or cream

according to wiki and no i dont have them
you have nothing to worry about though, they're completely 'normal'
Well I got intrigued and googled them - yeh they are well common!

They are little skin-coloured spots over your genitals.

My friend thought his mum had given him herpes. "Cos i touched her fanny on the way out" (Gotta love my totally immature friends). He was gonna go to the drs. So I saved him the trouble, and sent him the wikipedia picture for Fordyce spots... and yeah, he was a bit embarassed after that, although he had calmed down when he knew it was pretty common, and between the two of us 100% men had them in one form or another.

I have fordyce spots aswell.. Im worried it may 'degrade' my sexual aspect of life. Are they harmful and what causes them?

Ohhhh that's what they are.
I, too wikied, hah. My partner has them, we just figured they were skin tags. But as they don't hurt and haven't got any worse, we were'nt bothered.

Oh I've got them too. Always wondered what they were, but as the above poster said, they don't hurt and haven't gotten worse or bigger, so I've left them alone.

I was just wondering if the doctors will allow you to have them frozen off with that freezing stuff they have?
Also ive seen that there is a specific cream for it called Anti-Sebum cream. Has anyone used this? Does it work?

I doubt a doctor would freeze them off since the area is too sensitive. They generally will not remove warts near or on lips either.

Does the Anti-Sebum cream work then?
I think I might have them too, although I've worked up the courage to go the GP about it just in case.

There small and almost skin coloured, although you can see a small difference. There on the underside of my penis, at first half(as in half of my penis that is closest to my body). Then a few on my ballsack as well, I googled about them, it seems it's probably these fordyce spots by the description, but I think I'll play it safe and book an appointment, or just go to the health clinic in town.

:ditto: actually. I'd given up on working out what they might be, but hey xD We know now =)

Hi all

My partner has them and is freaking out - we have been to docs and searched endlessly online so he is well aware how common they are and that they will not do him any harm but he cant get over the fact he has them, feels bad about it - cant enjoy sex, sex drive has all but gone now and for obvious reasons i need some help in finding someway to ease his mind - i have no problem with them and i let him know this - does anyone know of a cream that works???
