Scheduled Payments but Not Recieved

My graduate loan has been approved but payments have not been made yet.

I have been in touch with customer service for Student Finance England who have asked me to ask Imperial to send out my confirmation of registration to the student information service.
However, Imperial through students records have told me that they do not have access to the system. They have asked for an email to send it directly across to Student Finance.

Can anyone please help?
