UCL rejected

I just got an email from UCL stating that I have been rejected because my grades don’t meet the entry requirements.
I am a gap year student and received my grades last year.
I have grades ABC and am elegible for UCL contextual offer. For the course I applied for the required grades at contextual are BCC.
I’m confused as to why I’ve been rejected ?

Your best bet is to ask UCL themselves, in some cases they are able to provide relevant feedback.

As above, just contact them to double check that you were considered as a contextual applicant. Sometimes the relevant information does not feed through.
