I feel I may have depression due to family problems eling down any ways to deal with it? appreciate any sort of help
You need to consider things like eating patterns, eating patterns and vice versa.
Go to your GP or the well-being teams at college or uni.
Speak to your close friend (one) because you don’t want to repeat and create that assumption that you are when you may not be.
You know the self-fulfilling prophecy....
