why was my thread removed

i got dmed the following here on TSR:

A thread or post you made was placed in pre-moderation after creation to be reviewed by the moderation team and has now been declined.

what does this mean lol i dont think there was anything bad that disobeyed the rules on the post i made

The first rule of being placed in pre-moderation is that you don’t talk about moderation
