Revision

I need help can someone tell me how can i revise all the theories for my exam board?
OCR is my exam board
Start with YouTube videos for a brief understanding.
If you are able to explain it under 2 minutes, it’s good. Explain to a class mate too, if they understand it good.
Can you create an analogy ? Yes? Good because it means you have somewhat a level of knowledge that can make you pass.
If not, watch them again.
Then go on and review the books.
Spend 30 minutes reading.
Take 15 minutes break.
When you comeback can you write a summary of the theory? If yes good. If not read more.

Move on to literature. Is there literature challenging that theory? Can you understand it ? Read it for 45 minutes. Take 15 minutes break. Comeback and can you summarise it?

After this process (1 theory) can you write everything that you know without looking at anything? From what it is to limitations? If yes? Good- compare it to all the content you reviewed. You have learned the theory in a short but effective way.

Then move on to your next one.

Let’s wait and see if someone else can add onto this!

What theory do you want to know?
Sometimes is good if you put more specific questions, there is always someone around who will be able to also simplify things for you.

I am aware of Bandura

BTEC health and social care books have some work on Bandura.

I think this YouTuber as a few more videos on some other theories. Really just scope around and you will get allllll the answers. Just be wary that some articles if you use google scholar may have poor quality :3

It doesn't include all of the things from your list, but here is my wakelet for Media Theoretical Framework, it includes a lot of different study types- links to websites, youtube videos and theory summaries. Hope this helps!
