I know this is a bit offtopic.. but does anyone know where I can buy Converse online? I really want a pair but nowhere in Oxford sells the colour I want in girls sizes  and I know they do make them because I saw them in a shop in London but I couldn't get them then.

Hehe, I had a pair of red ones, my dad couldn't understand either why I'd let them get so dirty looking either.

They're comfier when they're worn in.

Although, proper converse don't seem to last that long before falling apart. I bought a pair for £30, and a rip of pair for £3 and guess which are still whole??!!!?! Yup, the £3 ones. I'm wearing them now,actually...

Quality's really gone down over the past 10 years when they began phasing out the US manufacturing... Nike owns them now doesnt it?

No :frown: the best thing to do is to go to a local shop that sells them and try and reserve a pair when new stock comes in. Its what I've done... finding a size 9 is nearly impossible! :frown:

Haha. Local shop...

They look better worn in a bit ... not totally trashed though.
I sort of prefer them new and clean, its however more sloaney to wear them really worn out and dirty. It sort of depends on where you are and what else ure wearing.

What colour do you want? you might find them on footlocker.com they take ages to arrive though.

I've seen really funky ones for girls, in soletrader and CM Stores have very very orginal and funky ones for girls.
Can you add an option?: In the bin
I hate it whenever i get a new pair and they look all shiny...they just look...wierd! deffo worn...though both of mine are in almost unwearable states, will need to invest in another pair sooner or later...
