Get the structure and layout of ur report and presentation down. Also look through the examiners reports that are available to u to see where people missed and could have picked up marks

I've made a document on the exam structure for the Principles of Management exam as well as notes that cover the contents of the entire unit.

Please any tips for revising unit 7 or a structure on how to approach the given task.

Do you know what motivation theory would have gone with the Fachetti Group, I thought of Taylor theory which believes staff only worked for money.

I have said Taylorism as well because they have good pay and offer bonuses to their employees if they hit targets.

The link above is to a distinction example of The Fachetti Group exam which has been graded by a teacher.
Hi can you please give some tips on how to revise for the exam? What of the content do I need to revise specifically?
Do we need to know about Human Resource planning at all?
Most likely yes due to The Fachetti Group not having a HR so u can kinda expand into that after you have made the proposal of implementing a HR.

If you're struggling with your revision for the exam I have uploaded lots of useful documents like notes on the case study, structure of the exam and a distinction example response here;
https://www.stuvia.com/en-gb/user/MrBusiness

I recommend creating a sheet in google docs, which structures each point that you are going to make in the exam.
For example you would have;
Title
Introduction and summarise your main points for the report
Issues - identify 3 to 5 issues currently faced by The Fachetti Group and analyse them, linking it to the goals of the business
Proposal/recommendations - What could The Fachetti Group implement that will solve the issues that you identified? + linking it to how it helps the goals of the business
Then for the presentation, almost think of it as bitesize chunks of the report where you are explaining it in more of a conversation.

I also recommend just doing general revision of all of the learning aims to make sure when you get in the exam and receive Part B, whatever it asks you to do, you have done revision on it before and can understand it.

It might be useful to know depending on what issues and proposals you are saying.
For example if for an issue you are saying that there is a higher number of defects caused by unskilled redeployed restaurant staff, then training has to be used in order to solve it. But to train employees a HR department will have to be implemented which could be your proposal and then they would then use tools like Human Resource planning.
So would I go into depth about the specific types of training that could be used? E.g. coaching, mentoring

Precisely, especially mentoring as other competent factory workers can train and mentor the under skilled employees
