Commentez l’usage du pronom <<on>> dans ces phrases.
Les prussiens allaient entrer dans Rouen, disait-on
Au dehors on ne se connaissait plus
En le ménageant in obtiendrait peut être quelques hommes de moins à nourrir

What does it mean by comment on use of pronoun 'on'

Do i have to translate them ??

no, its asking to use the conjugation "on" which is the same endings for "he/she" and can be used formally like "vous" is sometimes used instead of "tu". heres a website bc im not very good at explainign
