I lodged an appeal on 16th November (32 working days ago) and I’ve been continuously chasing for an answer since the advised 15 days was reached. Just called again this morning and I’m now told a totally different date yet again. maybe the 14th January but could be longer. What on earth is happening? Surely other appeals that have been received since mine would be behind me?!? So why does the date keep changing.? Aggravated is not the word I’d use to describe how I’m feeling at the present time. I think you need to get your act together SFE.

Only today Issac, it’s now been approved by advisers don’t know when I’ll receive the payment

You should be able to see your payment schedule in your online account, otherwise if you private message us on Facebook or Twitter then we can gain access to your account to help further with this, if you prefer to call - our number is 0300 100 0607.
