I’m in year 12 and have taken Law as one of my subjects (big mistake now I realise) and I just wanted to see if any of you have study advice for this subject? We’re not very far into the course yet, we’ve only just started criminal law but the content is already so overwhelming and I need help :/

if I've got any advice it's to break down each topic into smaller subtopics. There, make brief notes & write relevant case law
E.g. non-fatal offences. Break it down into GBH, ABH, Assault and Battery. Then cite relevant case law.
