Do girls that claim they only date 6ft+ men even know what 6ft is?

Basically I'm starting to debate if many girls that claim they only date men 6 feet or more even know what this is. I'm 5'11 and many girls think I'm 6'1 for example. There was one girl I met that told me she doesn't date under 6 feet but then claimed that because I'm over 6 feet she'd be fine with me even though I'm 5'11.

Thats why I'm wondering if girls that claim they only date 6 feet+ just say that number so they can certainly have a boy taller than them by quite a bit as me being a 5'11 guy, most girls that have claimed this think I'm taller. So basically what I'm thinking is that most of these girls would date 5'11 and some even 5'10.

They won't know and I doubt they would find out that you're not actually six foot. As long as you're 5'11 or 5'10, you can state that you're 6 foot, it doesn't matter. As long as you're a bit taller, which you are as a guy. The average height for a woman is 5'3 and the average height for a man is 5'9. When you go on a first date, a woman isn't going to measure your height, that would be dumb. Women just want a tall guy which is why they have the 6 foot requirement. As long as you're taller, you're fine.

5'11 is adequate because girls do not carry measuring tape. Few girls could tell that you're 2.5cm below their requirement...

When you're close to 6 foot (like 5-10 or 5-11) then most girls can't tell the difference no matter how much they insist they can. But if you're quite a way off 6 foot, like 5-6 then it becomes more obvious.

Not unless the guy says his height and isn't lying. I'm pretty sure any woman thats like 5'6+ can tell cause most guys that aren't tall are usually not that much bigger than women 5'6+, maybe even some 5'4 and 5'5 women. I dont think women below 5'4 can tell tbh or maybe they can.

Yes but there's very few women who are 5'6+. The average height for a woman is 5'3, so as long as you're like 5'10, 5'9 and maybe even 5'8, they won't place as much of an importance on the 6 foot requirement, because you'd be significantly taller than most women anyway.

Tbf most women can be confused about measurements because they are always told that something tiny is actually 6 inches.

Most average and short women like tall guys more than other women for some reason. A lot of taller women don't make it a big issue because they don't see a tall guys height as anything special since they are also tall. Also goes in reverse too. A lot of tall guys don't usually like tall women either so thats probably why they are more lenient cause they know they're also not "short and cute" or w/e the **** else

Honestly, I think that those girls probably just want a big height difference rather than someone who's 6ft+ exactly, so if you're a good bit taller than them they probably wouldn't notice or care that you're not 6ft.

Yeah exactly, that's what I wanted to say. You don't strictly need to be six foot, even for women that state they're looking for a guy that's six foot. It would be the same thing if a guy said he was attracted to a girl with massive boobs and then stated his requirements and said he wants a girl who has breast width of 20cm or just stated their preferred breast size. That's just incredibly dumb. We see a girl that has huge breasts and we're immediately more attracted to her and we don't have any measurement requirements for these things, so it's the same thing with height for women. As long as we are just tall enough, they'll be more attracted.

as a female, as long as your at least 5'11 than you qualify. Now,me,I'm getting my degree in STEM so I 'm quite good at measurments. I can't say that for all girls though.

I doubt that. Even at university, we don't use imperial units for our calculations. I bet you didn't even know what 1 foot is equivalent to in centimeters or one inch in centimetres. We don't bother with imperial units and I am studying an engineering degree.
