please check this one out. It is on sale now. I know 529 is a bit over the budget but I have been using it for a month now and I even played some light games (with low graphics) on it without any issues. The specs on this one are great and exceed most of what you need other than the screen size (14''). Only thing that could be an issue is that the fan can be a bit loud at times but I personally don't mind it. And with Currys you can get full refund if you return within 2 weeks in case you want to.
Edit: forgot to mention it does not have a touchscreen. If you want to ask anything about this device please do :smile:
