If you mean "Can I apply for two totally different subjects on one PS?" then no, its not recomended.
It will be obvious to all readers that you are not entirely committed to 'their' subject and a rejection is likely.
So, either dont apply for different subjects, or email the 'odd one out' Uni and ask if you can submit a separate PS direct to that Uni - they dont have to say yes, so do this before you submit your application to UCAS.
