Essay question in Paper 3

any idea on what you could include for either of these essay questions? both worth 25 marks
The importance of complementary shapes of molecules in organisms

The importance of ions in metabolic processes

Complementary shades:
Enzymes
Receptors
Antibodies

Ions:
Fe in Haemoglobin (O2 needed for respiration)
Na+/K+/Cl- in action potentials (Dunno if this would link..?)
Na+/K+ pump in cotransport (glucose needed for respiration)
H+ in chemiosmosis


You should have at least 5 topics in each essay according to my teacher, these are just a few I thought of.

There isn't any...
You just write as much as you can within the time limit.
