Hi,
I think it really depends on your budget and how important an en-suite is for you personally. Some people really struggle with sharing a bathroom and others don't mind. You pay for that extra bit of privacy.

I doubt it. Alternatively you could go to Woodward or Kemp Porter, it'll be cheaper than a standard single in say, Wilson or Beit and you'll have an ensuite.
