Sports rehab to physiotherapy foundation year transfer

I originally applied for Sports Rehabilitation with a foundation year and am currently halfway through the foundation year. I’m now thinking I would prefer physiotherapy. Is it possible to transfer to physiotherapy degree if I do well in the foundation year? If so, which university’s would accept something like that? If anyone has done something similar I would be interested to hear about their experience. Thanks for any help.
