I currently am predicted BBC in psych media econ and am a RO participant meaning i get 2-3 grade reduction when applying to certain universitys that all have an entry grade of AAA, is it worth applying?

If everything you said is correct then yes! Big emphasis though on 'certain unis'. Imperial has a minimum uni requirement of AAA and their contextual offers still stay near that. However other russel groups will be a lot more accomodating
