I do AQA psychology, and i find blurting, mindmaps and flashcards really useful to remember all the content
I did AS level biology with AQA and found that flashcards worked best for me
And for both, using past paper questions is the best resource that you should actively utilise
There are some great tips in TSR's revision guides. It might be worth checking out The Ultimate Revision Tips Thread where people share their own methods. Good luck!
Finding study techniques can be really tough, and everyone has their own method that works well for them.
For me, I'm a big fan of Mind Maps, Flash Cards, making quizzes for myself and testing myself against them, using past papers and trying to come up with quick methods for remembering things (such as rhymes, mnemonics, acronyms, etc.).
Plus, the more colours and pictures the better!
Best of luck in your exams,
