Hi ,
I have an problem .I suffer with anxiety and somehow since the last lockdown I had seen to affect my exams and my performance .My anxiety stops me from writing in exams (sounds stupid )but it literally makes my body feel paralysed and I can’t even write a single sentence without shaking or feeling like I can’t move my hand .It’s something I’ve spoken to my teachers about ,and they suggested to just get on with it as every student has to do exams around people .I’m
Perfectly fine writing on my own but when I’m around people I just all of a sudden just shift into this weird phase where I can’t even move any part of my body without feeling like My heart is going to stop. I’ve failed my mocks because of this as my brain goes Blank, can’t move my arms and literallt can’t stop shaking .I have an proper a level exam in 2 days and it depends on the whole course and what I want to do next year .Does anyone have any tips of getting rid of this anxiety as I cannot afford to fail this exam because of it ?Thank you

I got my own room for my GCSE mock exams because of exam anxiety, with little to no hassle. You should speak to your pastoral support or SENco at school because it's definitely something that they can do.
